Respology respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you request a free reputation audit on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

• Contact details you submit in the audit request form: full name, work email, and phone number, plus your company and website if you add them.
• Audit details you submit: the name or brand to audit, the markets and languages you operate in, your headquarters location, and what matters most to you right now.
• Technical access logs (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To prepare your confidential audit and deliver the findings to you.
• To reply to your request and continue a business conversation.
• To prevent spam and abuse.
• To improve our service. We never sell your data.

3. Confidentiality

Every audit is confidential by default, and can be covered by an NDA on request. The details you submit stay confidential and are never shared.

4. Retention

We keep submitted form data for as long as the business relationship is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete it.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@respology.com.
